Patching the collar of a winter coat

What I did:
Black winter jacket with rip in the collar

Before

Black North Face winter coat with fur on hood and black patch sewn onto collar

After: I sewed on a matching patch by hand. (In this case, I decided that hand-sewing would be less visible and neater than machine sewing.)
