Patching my husband's jeans: first pair

Before: these jeans had a hole, surrounded by worn fabric, in one knee. The other knee (not pictured) was also worn — a hole waiting to happen.
Before: the pockets were worn, and there was a small hole in the crotch (not pictured).
After
I sewed on patches over every hole and every hole waiting-to-happen. Most patches were exterior, but I used an interior patch for the small crotch hole so that it was less visible.
