Before: a rip above the pocket rivet on corduroy pants.
After: exterior view, showing orange and navy hand-stitching to visibly mend the rip, echoing the existing orange and navy colors on the pocket zipper. This project required careful thought and some hand sewing to ensure that I kept the pocket functional.
Before: a view of the rip from the inside.
After: an interior view, showing the interior patch I sewed on. I reclaimed the patch from an experimental crochet-pattern silkscreen that one of my brothers had made several years ago.
