Sewing back the binding on a fleece sweater

What I did:

Before

My client had a red fleece sweater where the stitching attaching the gray bottom binding had come undone.

After

In order to preserve the stretchiness of the seam, I pinned, hand-basted, and hand-sewed the binding back onto the sweater. In this case, hand sewing yielded a neater and stretchier result than machine sewing would have.
